About This Program
The transition from school to the workforce can feel like a mountain to climb.
This Program is designed to break that mountain down into three manageable steps.
In just three weeks, we help young men build the practical tools, digital skills, and social confidence needed to land their first job.
What we Cover
We don’t just talk about work; we do the work.
Over three Fridays, your son will complete:
We move past the generic templates. We help your son identify his unique strengths, experiences, and skills to build a professional resume that catches an employer’s eye.
A resume gets you noticed, but a cover letter gets you the interview. We practice the art of “selling yourself” on paper and how to tailor applications for specific roles.
The digital job hunt can be overwhelming. We provide hands-on training for Seek and Indeed, followed by mock interview practice to turn “application sent” into “you’re hired.”
The Toolkit for Success
Every young man isn’t just attending a “class”; they are joining a supported ecosystem. Enrollment includes:
Customised Workbook: A physical resource filled with practical templates and skill-building exercises.
Presentation Slides: You will receive the slides from the sessions so you can look back at all the information.
Peer Discussion Group: A safe, social environment to connect with other young men, share experiences, and build social confidence on Discord
Practical Foundations: We also touch on setting up a Tax File Number (TFN), Bank Accounts, and understanding Superannuation.

When: Friday’s 10am to 2pm for 3 Weeks starting 13th of March
Who: Young men with NDIS Plans aged 17–25
