Building Independence

We support young men with disabilities aged 13-25 to build their independence towards adulthood in the home and in the community

We support young men with disabilities in exploring and creating a personalised plan to build essential daily living skills. Independence is a vital part of life for everyone. Our mentors collaborate with young men with disabilities and their families to identify, develop, and achieve goals that foster independence as they transition into adulthood.
