Dynamic Support WA offers a variety of group programs designed to support young men aged 13-25 with disabilities in their transition to adulthood. Our programs focus on developing skills, fostering community participation, and creating meaningful social connections. Each program is facilitated by experienced support workers who ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all participants.

Teen Night Out

Teen Night Out is an engaging program in collaboration with Life Purpose Australia geared towards teenagers and young adults aged 15-18 seeking to build meaningful friendships and enhance their social skills. Taking place on Thursday evenings from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. One of our experienced Mentors will join you and they will be your companions, guiding you through social situations while ensuring your safety and enjoyment. This participant-led experience empowers attendees to plan exciting outings such as exploring new places, movie nights, ESCAPE ROOMS, and more.

Homework Club

Set up your son for academic success with Homework Club!

A program crafted specifically for Young Men with Disabilities aged 13 to 25.

This 7-week program helps participants not only complete their school, TAFE, or university homework but also build essential skills and confidence to handle assignments, study effectively, and work independently.

Through a combination of group learning and personalised 1:1 support, your son will learn:

  • How to find and utilise information and resources for homework.
  • Strategies to unpack and simplify complex questions.
  • Effective study habits and task management techniques.
  • Communication and social skills to engage with peers and mentors.

Each week, your son will benefit from:

  • A tailored workbook filled with practical resources to support skill-building.
  • Access to a peer discussion group for encouragement and interaction.
  • An online Homework Dashboard with guides, templates, and weekly session content—ensuring continuous support at home, at school, and during Homework Club.

By the end of the program, your son will have improved his study skills, gained confidence, and taken meaningful steps toward academic independence and success.

Job Jumpstart

Prepare your son for a successful transition into the workforce with our Job Jumpstart program.

A 7-week program designed specifically for young men with disabilities.

This program builds the essential skills and confidence needed to take the next step toward independence and employment.

Through interactive workshops and hands-on activities, your son will learn:

  • How to set up a Tax File Number (TFN), bank account, and superannuation.
  • The art of crafting effective resumes and cover letters.
  • Techniques for applying for jobs and following up professionally.
  • How to excel in mock interviews and develop strong communication skills.
  • What to do after securing a job to succeed in the workplace.

Each week, your son will benefit from:

  • A customised workbook filled with practical resources to support skill-building.
  • Access to a peer discussion group for social interaction and encouragement.
  • A comprehensive Employment Support Dashboard featuring learning resources, interactive worksheets, and customisable templates to guide your son through every step of his transition to the workforce.

By the end of the program, he’ll receive a Workforce Preparation Certificate and be equipped with the skills, tools, and resources to enter the workforce.

D&D Social Group

A fun, supportive space for building friendships, honing social skills, and stepping into imaginative adventures.

Designed for players of all experience levels, our group brings young men aged 13-25 together for regular D&D sessions, offering unique opportunities to develop teamwork, creativity, and leadership.

Aspiring Dungeon Masters will find the opportunity to work on storytelling, planning, and leading sessions, helping them build confidence and guiding them in mastering the role.
