Our programs support Young Men with Disabilities (13-25) in building social and independence skills for a successful transition to adulthood.
We focus on practical skills development while having fun along the way!
For Young Teens with Disabilities aged 13-18
This program uses 1:1 Mentorship and a Program Facilitator on our secure Discord server to build social skills, with the goal of transitioning from onlne play to real-world community engagement/
When: Starts Monday the 13th of October
Where: Online (PC, Xbox or PS5 and Discord Server)
How: 1:1 Mentoring through an NDIS Plan

To develop their social and independence skills in an environment of like minded young people in a safe, inclusive and fun environment!
When: Thursday – 5:30pm to 8:30pm (Full Capacity)
Wednesday – 5:30pm to 8:30pm (Full Capacity)
Where: Vibe Hive – 339 Cambridge Street, Wembley
How: 1:1 Mentoring/Support though your NDIS Plan
